- Taurus Surgical Instruments provides this “Website” for informational purposes and, in certain instances, to place secure orders as outlined in the applicable User Agreement.
- The terms and conditions outlined here shall govern the relationship between Taurus Surgical Instruments and the customer, unless there is a written agreement in place that conflicts with these terms.
- There is no tax included in the price of the goods for sales, use, franchise, license, excise, or other taxes related to manufacturing, sale, or delivery. Also, export/import duties and inspection fees are not included.
- If a valid exemption certificate is not provided, the purchaser is responsible for these costs.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to pay domestic orders within 30 days from the date of invoice.
- A buyer must make payment in U.S. dollars according to the seller’s payment instructions for export shipments. The seller reserves the right to ship in multiple installments, with each installment being invoiced separately at the prevailing price at the time of shipment, regardless of future deliveries.
- Customized product orders cannot cancel once placed.
- Taurus Surgical Instruments does not accept returns or issue refunds on any purchased items. We encourage customers to thoroughly review their order details and product specifications before completing a purchase. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
- The seller is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including accidents, natural disasters, strikes, transportation issues, labor shortages, or government regulations. In such cases, delivery times will be extended by the duration of the delay. If the seller is unable to supply goods, it may allocate available stock as needed among purchasers, affiliates, or product lines without liability for any performance failures.
- It is not possible to guarantee delivery dates, as they are subject to product availability.
- A customer who fails to receive a product will be entitled to a refund of all payments made.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and circumstances.
- International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.
